MG MG Farina Magnette - MKIII brakes

I need to rebuild or replace the front wheel cylinders on my 1960 mkIII farina! Are they common to any other cars(Healey or MG or other)? Same for the flex lines and brake shoes.

Hello, HCR,

It is incredibly hard to get parts for these cars here in Berlin, it's probably the same with you in the USA. I would suggest contacting Earlpart http://www.earlpart.co.uk/ . They seem to have an awful lot of parts which no-one else has.

Another help is the Farina website. Someone always seems to know the answer. Very helpful people though you will need to join http://www.co-oc.org/welcome.html.

Hope this helps,

Earlpart seem to have the best priced fronts in UK. Rears are more common have a look on e-bay their is a guy from scotland that sells them for about £23 a set and they are ok. Its well worth joining the COOC what ever part of the world you are in

HCR... For the brake cylinders I would suggest that you contact White Post Restorations. They resleeve them and come with a lifetime warranty. The are located in white Post VA and have a good website.
I have used them many times with complete satisfaction
